The Hive Instinct and Hive Mind: A Study on the Human Hive

generally we reject and even fight against the creation/existence of other hive minds within our own, such as cults that follow one person or other religions. We think this because the hive wants us to think this way, and the hive hates this because it cannot tolerate other hives. but if another hive, such as in Fight Club, grew like a tumor on the side of the american hive - and was logically correct in its values - why do they fight?

either we let everyone believe what they want, or we continue to persecute immoral acts like polygamy. because it is a secular government, the state has no obligation to uphold morals and this realization gives the humans the "authority" or "approval" to accept "alternative lifestyles"

there can exist more than one "true" hive, many have their truths. I would say the hive of democracy is true in the sense that it does not violate any of its own values, but does not necessarily conform to any Universal values. My example is we are good at being a capitalist democracy, but maybe the True path is one that necessitates a religious monarchy to uphold our values because MAYBE we can't do it for ourselves.

anyway, we develop within our population certain other hives, such as ones that revolve around a supposedly enlightened leader, who cannot be disproven (this being a requirement). the difference in values between hives is dictated by the philosophies of the hives. if the philosophy of a hive is one of nihilism, then the hive would accept the act of destruction. if the governing hive is one of libertarianism, though, and personal property, then the two hives would then develop a Conflict of Interest. because human cultures can not co-exist, or whatever it is, we then war about it, which explains our prosecution of polygamist cults in the West and nihilist cults in the inner city.

what is truth if nothing more than a non-self defeating philosophy?
